  • Can I customize my order?

    At this time, we don’t offer customizations for our collections. If you are looking for a custom option, please inquire with our sister companies, Jakki Iris or Folklore Flower Co.

  • When should I place my order?

    You can place your order as early as one year ahead of your event date, and at least 14 days prior. If you are interested in placing an order in less than 14 days out from your event, kindly email is at hello@shoptheivy.co.

  • Can I make last minute changes?

    All changes must be requested seven days before your pickup date. We will do our best to accommodate any additional items, but we cannot remove any items from your order within 15 days prior to your event.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Any cancellations must be emailed to hello@shoptheivy.co no later than 15 days prior to your pickup. Cancellations requested after this time cannot be honored, and customer will be responsible for the full charges.

  • Setup and Care

    The Ivy Co. is not responsible for the setup or condition of the arrangements once they are delivered or picked up. We will give you detailed care instructions to keep your blooms looking fresh for your event.

  • Can I have my flowers delivered?

    At this time The Ivy Co, is offering limited delivery, however, we do have trusted partners that you can reach out to for delivery and setup of your arrangements. Please note - we design our flowers to be easily setup by you- eliminating the need and cost of hiring outside help!

  • Is the Ivy Co. only for weddings?

    Not at all! Our floral collections are suited for any event! Showers, anniversary parties, dinner parties, or corporate events. Let us take care of the florals for any celebration you are planning!

  • Can I mix collection designs?

    Absolutely! We curated three core collections (and more to come) to make it easy for you - but we know some of you eclectic loving flower lovers out there may want more variety- so mix to your heart’s content!

  • Will my flowers look exactly like the pictures?

    Please note The Ivy Co. cannot guarantee specific florals. While we make every effort to do so, mother nature occasionally has other ideas - but we do guarantee the color palette and overall aesthetic for each arrangement and vase.
